Ordering and pricing
Should I use the personalised shop or Trade?
The personalised shop is for individuals and organisations buying for their own use, members, staff, guests or events. Quantity prices apply automatically. Trade is for retailers and merchandise sellers buying stock to resell.
What products can you engrave?
The range includes slate coasters, black aluminium cards, wallets, notebooks, hip flask sets, watch boxes, wooden bottle openers, plant tags and grey leather card holders. Use the general enquiry page for other materials or custom requests.
Is there a minimum order?
Personalised orders start at one item. Each product has its own quantity pricing guide. Trade requires at least 10 units of each product or engraving-side option you order.
Can every item carry a different name or detail?
Yes. An organisation order can share a main design while varying names, numbers or other details. Upload your artwork and a clear list on the product page, or discuss a more complex brief through the general enquiry page.
How does a trade relationship work?
Trade is a direct supply relationship rather than a dropshipping service. We agree the product, design, wholesale terms and practical reorder process with the retailer, then make and supply the finished stock for them to sell through their own shop or merchandise stand.
Preparing your idea
Artwork and engraving
How do I send a logo, crest or photograph?
Use the file upload on the product page to send a logo, crest or image with your order. For a general enquiry, include an artwork link or describe your idea and we will arrange the files with you.
Which artwork files work best?
A clear SVG, PDF or high-resolution PNG is usually best for logos and line artwork. Send the original file where possible rather than a screenshot. If that is all you have, send it anyway and we will assess what can be achieved.
Will I see the layout before it is engraved?
Where a layout or converted piece of artwork needs approval, we will confirm it before production. Straightforward text personalisation may only require a spelling and suitability check, depending on the product.
Will every image engrave exactly as it appears on screen?
Not always. Fine lines, small lettering, colour gradients and low-contrast details can behave differently when engraved. We check the artwork against the material and finished size, then explain any changes needed to keep the result clear.
Can I supply my own item for engraving?
Potentially, but it must be assessed first. Material coatings, shape, thickness and unknown finishes can affect both safety and the result. Use the general enquiry form with photographs and any material information before bringing or posting an item.

Timing and delivery
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on the product, artwork, quantity and current workload. We confirm a realistic timescale once the full brief has been checked rather than promising one standard time for every job.
What if I need the order for a specific date?
Include the date in your order or enquiry as early as possible. We will tell you honestly whether it can be met before production begins. A required date is not confirmed until we have reviewed the artwork and quantity.
Can I collect in Belfast, or do you deliver?
Local collection and arranged delivery may be available depending on the order. Shipping or collection details are confirmed with the quote or shown during checkout where applicable.
Can I change or cancel a personalised order?
Contact us immediately if something needs changed. Once artwork has been approved or engraving has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible because the item has been made specifically for you.
Still unsure?
Some questions need the actual idea.
If your material, design or request does not fit a standard answer, send it through the general enquiry page. You will deal directly with the person assessing and making the work.
